Elastic, the Search AI company, is seeking a high-energy Mid Market Account Executive to drive net-new revenue within existing Mid Market accounts. You’ll be the owner of a defined territory where you’ll build your own pipeline, tell the Elastic Search AI story, and close complex, multi-stakeholder deals in a consumption-based model.
This role sits at the intersection of sales execution, technical fluency, and cross-functional collaboration—and is critical to our growth in the Mid Market
Competenze
- 3+ years of closing complex SaaS deals with quota attainment.
- Experience applying MEDDPICC or similar frameworks to manage pipeline.
- Ability to present executive-level demos linking product to business value.
Mansioni
- Own territory and build pipeline with outbound activity to generate opportunities.
- Qualify deals using MEDDPICC and pursue high-probability opportunities.
- Deliver tailored value narratives and live demos of Elastic capabilities.
- Collaborate with Solutions Architects, Customer Success, Marketing and RevOps.
- Lead negotiations and close multi-year, high-ACV contracts.
