PepsiCo's poppi brand seeks a Market Sales Manager to drive in-store execution and brand growth across a Miami-area territory. You will lead field teams visiting large-format, convenience, gas, and away-from-home accounts, building relationships with retailers to expand the poppi footprint.

You will collaborate with PepsiCo field sales and use syndicated data to guide strategy, while traveling for local market drives and sales blitzes. Must be ready for non-standard hours and lifting as needed.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry related experience in Consumer Packaged Goods, Retail, Food & Beverage, or Grocery.
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies with strong in-store execution.

Responsabilités

• Drive in-store execution and brand growth for poppi within your territory; maximize upsell opportunities for poppi displays and equipment.
• Coordinate with sales leadership to ensure smooth communication around retailer activations and upcoming focus areas.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers to support brand growth in your territory.
• Provide leadership and coaching to teams to deliver maximum impact in the market.
• Collaborate with the PepsiCo field sales team to implement strategies for brand development and performance.
• Leverage syndicated data to identify opportunities and guide sales strategy.
• Participate in local and regional drives and blitzes to meet market development goals.
