Job summary

PepsiCo's poppi brand seeks a Market Sales Manager to drive in-store execution and retail sales across your territory. You will lead large-format, convenience, gas, and away-from-home accounts, visiting stores daily to strengthen relationships and bring the poppi brand to life in market.

You will coach and support field teams, collaborate with PepsiCo's field sales group, leverage syndicated data to identify opportunities, and participate in regional drives to meet market development goals.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of industry related experience (Consumer Packaged Goods, Food & Beverage, Retail, and/or Grocery).
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies with in-store execution in large and small format accounts.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and sales-tracking software.
• High School diploma is required.

Responsibilities

• Drive in-store execution and brand growth for poppi within your territory.
• Coordinate with sales leadership for retailer activations and focus areas.
• Build and maintain strong retailer relationships to grow the brand.
• Provide leadership and coaching to field teams for maximum impact.
• Collaborate with PepsiCo field sales to implement strategies.
• Use syndicated data to identify opportunities and guide sales plans.
• Participate in local/regional drives and sales blitzes.
