Job summary

BDR Thermea Group is seeking a Technical Solutions Manager for the South West region to drive sales of Commercial Boilers and Andrews Water Heaters, and to develop ASHP opportunities through contractor and merchant relationships.

You'll recover share, manage project pipelines, and deliver the budget while aligning with the Head of Technical Solutions. The role emphasizes customer relationships, technical presentations, and competitive advantage in the Commercial HVAC market.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in a technical/engineering discipline or equivalent qualification.
• Proven track record of delivering sales and lead generation across multiple channels.
• Experience in senior-level negotiation and conflict resolution.
• Ability to turn data into actionable insights for presentations.
• Strong understanding of market, products and services in construction/ HVAC sectors.

Responsibilities

• Strive to recover share and volume for commercial products while maintaining margin.
• Develop sales for Commercial Boilers, Andrews Water Heaters, and ASHP opportunities.
• Build the project pipeline and deliver the budget.
• Meet and exceed KPIs and manage day-to-day sales activities and reports.
• Develop and maintain relationships with contractors and merchants and influence buying decisions.
