Daikin Applied Americas is seeking a Boiler Regional Solutions Business Development Manager. This remote role covers the Mid-Atlantic region, with travel as needed, engaging building owners and owner representatives at the C-suite to drive strategic solutions in boiler and HVAC systems.

The role emphasizes developing and closing retrofit opportunities, managing multi-year service agreements, and collaborating with legal, finance, and project teams to finalise contracts.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience required.
• 6+ years of boiler, HVAC, or mechanical systems sales experience required.
• Experience working with consulting engineers, contractors, and building owners.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

Aufgaben

• Confidently sells Daikin McQuay offerings to building owners and owner representatives at the C-suite level while achieving optimal profit margins.
• Demonstrates value to executives by providing solutions to business and financial challenges and establishing joint planning relationships.
• Sells, renews, and expands renewable service agreements, including multi-year agreements, for new and existing customers.
• Applies strong financial and business acumen to build credibility, loyalty, trust, and long-term customer commitment.
• Differentiates Daikin McQuay products and services from competitors by highlighting business benefits and leveraging knowledge of competitor strategies.
