Job summary

The client, a premium flooring brand serving Architects and Designers, is expanding its specification sales team across Austin and San Antonio. We are seeking a relationship-driven, outside sales professional to grow presence in the A&D community and secure specification bids on residential and commercial projects.

You will build a network of trade showrooms, manage a large territory autonomously, and travel throughout the region.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable experience in outside sales, building pipeline, territory management.
• A&D or specification sales experience; flooring industry experience is a plus.
• Confident presenter with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to manage a large territory independently, with strong organisation and time management.
• Familiarity with CRM systems.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Austin and San Antonio.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with architects, interior designers, builders, developers, and distributors in Austin and San Antonio.
• Identify and pursue new specification opportunities across Austin and San Antonio.
• Develop deep technical knowledge of the product line, pricing, and specifications, and stay current on new product development.
• Prepare and submit sales activity reports to the US General Manager.
