Job summary

AMAROK seeks a Regional Account Executive for South Texas. This is a true hunter role with base salary plus uncapped commissions. The position is fully remote and focuses on new business across commercial and industrial verticals, including cold-calling, site visits, and presentations to build a strong pipeline.

First-year income targets are $180K-$200K with base pay between $80K-$90K. Commissions are uncapped, and 80% of sellers have hit quotas in recent years. RepVue provides proof of success.

Qualifications

• Excellent relationship building skills.
• Ability to maintain a healthy prospect pool by generating your own leads and qualifying leads.
• Process orientation and coachable.
• Ability to succeed in an online environment (this position is fully remote).
• Previous experience using a CRM (Salesforce experience a plus).
• Willingness to make numerous prospecting and in-person calls per day.
• Excellent closing and communication skills.
• Self-starter mentality with good work ethic.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Aggressively hunt for new opportunities within a wide variety of commercial and industrial verticals.
• Conduct cold-calling, site visits, and product presentations (in-person & virtual).
• Cultivate relationships with internal and external customers.
• Manage a prospect pipeline to exceed quotas.
• Represent AMAROK professionally in all customer interactions.
