Job summary

Cornerstone Building Brands is seeking a District Sales Manager for the South Texas region. The role reports to the Southcentral Regional Manager and focuses on profitable growth and market development for Star Building Systems.

The position requires 5+ years in Building Materials, with experience in pre-engineered buildings and a strong ability to analyze markets and translate architectural plans. Travel 50-70% is anticipated in-market.

Qualifications

• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in Building Materials.
• Experience within the pre-engineered building space required.
• Ability to comprehend and translate architectural plans and specifications.
• Must have thorough understanding of construction process.
• Ability to analyze market conditions and competition and develop strategic responses to opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implements market plans that include customer analysis, competitive insights, growth opportunities, and revenue goals.
• Comprehensive understanding of all products and systems offered by Cornerstone Building Brands in the market.
• Demonstrates a complete understanding of key customer's business and the critical measures that drive each account.
• Works effectively and collaboratively with all Cornerstone Building Brands internal departments to ensure customer experience is optimized and efficient.
• Ability to work with Operating Systems.
