Job summary

Designer Brands seeks a District Manager to lead multiple stores across a geographic region, ensuring achievement of sales, profitability, and staffing goals while maintaining brand standards. You will recruit, coach, and develop top talent, execute the MOD program, and drive exceptional customer experiences that reflect our service model.

Qualifications

Minimum 3-5 years district manager in specialty retail environment or equivalent work experience.
Minimum of Associates degree or equivalent work experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proven ability to motivate others.
Proficiency in base computer use, including e-mail, MS Word or other word processing program and Excel or other spreadsheet program.

Responsibilities

Drives district sales, profitability, shrink, payroll and staffing targets.
Ensures exceptional customer experiences through the MOD program and service model.
Leads district with entrepreneurial spirit to impact business results.
Analyzes daily/weekly/monthly results and store visits to drive performance.
Maintains execution of merchandising and operational standards.
