• Spend at least 20% time in-store to understand business needs.
• Manage projects to meet schedules and quality expectations.
• Assign work and monitor progress; ensure resources.
• Improve selling effectiveness across territories.
• Collaborate with store staff to achieve merchandising goals.
• Ensure policy compliance and accurate reporting of activities.
• Communicate territory priorities to MEI admin team.
