Job summary

DITEK Surge Protection is seeking an Outside Sales Representative (Field Sales Engineer) to cover the South Florida region. The role combines remote work with heavy travel to client sites, installers, and distributors.

You will lead regional sales efforts, deliver technical demonstrations, and provide solutions across electrical and surge protection products. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in outside or technical sales, a strong presentation style, and CRM proficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of outside or technical sales experience, preferably in electrical or security industry.
• Ability to manage sales territory and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals within the assigned territory.
• Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with company objectives.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Conduct site surveys and provide reports and recommendations.
• Deliver dynamic presentations and product demonstrations to end users, integrators, engineers, and distributors.
• Maintain detailed customer interactions and pipeline updates using CRM platforms.
• Represent DITEK at trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about industry trends and emerging technologies.
