DITEK, a leader in surge protection solutions, seeks an Outside Sales Representative (Field Sales Engineer) to build relationships, deliver compelling presentations, and provide technical solutions across South Florida. The role emphasizes traveling regionally and developing strategic accounts.

You will manage end-to-end sales activities, conduct site surveys, deliver product demos, and collaborate with engineering, marketing, and customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Competenze

• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills across levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
• Able to learn and articulate product features, benefits and tech applications.
• Experience using CRM systems; Salesforce preferred.
• Valid driver’s license, clean record, reliable transportation.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

• Achieve and exceed individual sales goals within your territory.
• Develop and execute a regional sales plan aligned with company objectives.
• Generate and qualify leads through networking and events.
• Conduct site surveys and provide reports and recommendations.
