The role requires experience in electronics industry sales, strategic planning, and proficiency with Salesforce.com and Oracle. Remote-friendly with travel within the South Florida region.

Qualifications

• Requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree.
• Experience selling to engineers and vendors in electronics industry.
• Ability to prepare internal quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead QBRs with major customers to unlock opportunities.
• Proven ability to develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and to sell the full Arrow offerings.
• Expertise in pricing programs and models within the electronics industry.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills across cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Define markets and new customers in South Florida; plan strategy and relationships to enable solution selling.
• Sell Arrow offerings and manage accounts with knowledge of supplier lines.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with major customers to drive growth.
• Promote Arrow's value-add, supply chain, and lifecycle programs; utilize sales tracking systems.
• Adhere to compensation plan targets and contribute to sales goals.
