Arrow Electronics is seeking a Field Sales Representative for the South Florida region. This remote-friendly role requires traveling up to 3-4 days per week to cover the South Florida territory and work with vendors and customers in a technical environment.

The candidate should have a 4-year degree with at least 5 years of related experience in electronics or semiconductors and be able to develop strategic plans, present iQBRs, and drive sales opportunities using Arrow’s full lifecycle offerings.

Competenze

• Typically requires a 4 year degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or an advanced degree without experience; or equivalent work experience.
• Experience selling in electronics/semiconductors and building executive relationships with key accounts.
• Ability to prepare quarterly business reviews (iQBR) and lead QBRs with major customers.

Mansioni

• Define markets and new customers in the South Florida region and develop relationships for solution selling.
• Develop strategic plans for assigned accounts and market Arrow offerings.
• Prepare internal quarterly business reviews and lead regular business reviews with major customers.
• Promote Arrow value-add, supply chain, and full life cycle programs; use SalesForce.com and Oracle for tracking.
• Operate within a sales compensation plan with variable OTE tied to goals.
