Job summary

My Psychiatrist, LLC in South Florida is seeking a Business Development Manager to expand our physician-led behavioral health network across South Miami and Miami-Dade County.

You’ll build trusted relationships with physicians, therapists, hospitals, employers, schools and community organizations, creating opportunities for patients to access care.

Working with executive leadership and marketing, you’ll implement market strategies, strengthen referrals, and contribute to sustainable growth.

Qualifications

• Full professional fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in healthcare business development, physician relations, provider outreach, account management, or healthcare sales.

Responsibilities

• Develop quarterly territory business plans aligned with organizational priorities.
• Build annual market penetration strategies that increase presence throughout the community.
• Identify underserved markets, geographic expansion opportunities, and referral pathways.
• Analyze referral trends and market performance to refine territory strategy.
• Maintain CRM documentation with accuracy and consistency.
• Represent My Psychiatrist at healthcare conferences and community events.
• Expand community awareness through strategic outreach initiatives that generate measurable patient access and referral growth.
