Sunrise Brain Center in Coral Gables is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our busy TMS and psychiatry practice. You will lead a team of 6 and ensure regulatory compliance while fostering a patient-centered environment.

The role includes payroll, vendor relations, budgeting, and supporting clinicians, with a clear path to Regional Manager as we expand to Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach. Excellent benefits and professional growth opportunities available.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of medical office management experience.
• Experience in behavioral health or psychiatric practice.
• HIPAA, OSHA, and Florida medical compliance knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily clinic operations and staff scheduling.
• Manage payroll, vendor relationships, and office budget.
• Ensure HIPAA and regulatory compliance.
• Handle patient complaints and escalate as needed.
• Coordinate with insurance companies on billing issues.
• Support the psychiatrist and NP with administrative needs.
• Drive a positive, patient-first team culture.
