Job summary

My Psychiatrist is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to expand our presence across Orlando and Central Florida. You will lead territory strategy, cultivate primary care and hospital referrals, and build community partnerships to improve patient access to behavioral health services.

You'll work with executive leadership, marketing, and operations to identify opportunities, develop measurable growth plans, and position My Psychiatrist as the preferred behavioral health partner

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Marketing, Communications, Public Health, or related field.
• Three+ years in healthcare business development, physician relations, or healthcare sales.
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage pipelines and track performance.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory strategy and market ownership for Orlando and Central Florida.
• Identify underserved markets and expansion opportunities with measurable growth.
• Build and maintain physician, referral, and community partnerships.
• Represent My Psychiatrist at conferences, events, and community initiatives.
• Monitor referral performance, conversion rates, and patient access workflows.
• Collaborate with Leadership, Marketing, and Operations to drive growth.
