Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, field sales, healthcare sales, or a related client-facing role.
• Proven experience in in-person / field sales and face-to-face business development.
• Experience selling to or working with senior-level decision-makers, executives, physicians, healthcare leaders, or other high-value clients.
• Strong relationship-building, networking, negotiation, and influencing skills.
• Healthcare or mental healthcare / behavioral health business development or sales experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to travel locally throughout the Miami market for meetings, networking, and business development activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strong field-based business development strategy within the assigned market.
• Identify, prospect, and engage new healthcare and behavioral health partners.
• Build and maintain relationships with C-suite executives, physicians, clinic and hospital leadership, therapists, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct face-to-face meetings, presentations, networking, and business development activities with prospective and existing partners.
• Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to support market growth.
