Job summary

Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health is seeking a Business Development Representative (Account Manager) to serve as the primary liaison between the facility, community, and referring agencies. You will apply ethical marketing principles and sales methods to create demand for services.

Experience in mental health or healthcare is preferred. You will implement the facility's sales plan, enhance the brand, manage territory and accounts, and travel up to 75% as needed in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in marketing or business is required.
• Three years of referral development and account management experience preferred.
• Must have strong relationships with physicians and healthcare providers.

Responsibilities

• Directly serves as the liaison between the facility, the community, and referring agencies.
• Implement the facility’s strategic sales plan and enhance the facility’s brand/image.
• Manage assigned territory and accounts and work to achieve departmental and facility business development goals.
• Hours may include day, evening and weekend; not a remote position; travel up to 75% as required.
