Job summary

SPX Technologies is opening a new campus facility where Marley and Ingenia Technologies will grow together. We seek a proactive Regional Sales Manager to oversee sales operations across multiple locations and drive regional growth.

The role requires strong business development, strategic thinking, and a proven track record of achieving revenue targets. Travel within the region is expected; leadership and financial acumen are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Management, or a related field
• 5+ years in regional/multi-location management with a track record of achieving objectives
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Solid understanding of budgeting and financial metrics
• Strategic thinking and effective business planning
• Excellent verbal and written communication across stakeholders
• Customer-focused with problem-solving orientation
• Proficiency in business management software and tools (CRM, financial software)
• Willingness to travel within the region

Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the regional footprint
• Oversee daily operations across multiple locations in the region
• Develop and manage regional budgets and monitor financial performance
• Formulate and execute regional strategies to drive growth and market share
• Regularly evaluate KPIs and implement improvements
• Maintain strong relationships with key customers and address needs
• Ensure locations comply with policies and quality standards
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Prepare and present detailed regional performance reports
• Handle crises or emergencies within the region and mitigate impact
