Job summary

Mueller Water Products seeks a Territory Manager for the Water Products Division to drive sales in the Arizona and Las Vegas markets. You will build end-user and distributor relationships, promote Mueller solutions, and help shape product specifications and market positioning.

The role requires outside sales experience, CRM proficiency, and strong presentation skills. A 3–4 day weekly travel pattern is common, with the ability to train customers and support bids effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years outside sales in water distribution or related field.
• Comfort selling technology-based sales solutions.
• Valid driver’s license with clean record.
• Ability to travel ~75% of time (3–4 days/wk).
• Experience with CRM and productivity tools.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with end users, municipalities, and utilities.
• Support distributors with quotations, training, and marketing materials.
• Lead product training sessions for customers and distributors.
• Develop strategic partnerships to drive demand and growth.
• Set sales goals and provide bid support and pricing insights.
• Maintain customer satisfaction through after-sales support.
