Johnson & Johnson MedTech – Neurovascular is recruiting for a Regional Business Manager (South Central). This field-based role will cover Texas, Oklahoma, Mississippi, Louisiana, New Mexico, Nebraska, Missouri and Kansas.

The Regional Business Manager will lead a team of territory managers, drive sales objectives, and collaborate with sales and marketing to provide tools and education needed to succeed in a competitive market.

Qualificações

• 4-year degree, majored in a technical or scientific field preferred.
• 7+ years outside sales experience, including medical devices.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to meet/exceed sales goals in commission-driven position.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver sales objectives and manage a field-based team of territory managers.
• Provide professional and knowledgeable interface with the healthcare community.
• Collaborate with National Sales Director and marketing to provide tools, support and education for the sales team.
• Lead Credo-values oriented leadership and enforce company policies.
• Partner with employees to maintain development plans and accountability for growth.
• Drive sales of the overall product portfolio and engage key customers to grow business.
