Job summary

A.Y. McDonald Mfg. Co.

is seeking a South Central Territory Manager to professionally manage multiple product line sales within a designated territory. You will drive customer relationships, utilize AY tools, and coordinate with distributors and municipal projects to grow sales in waterworks districts. Requirements include an Associate's degree or equivalent, sales experience, and territory management skills.

Qualifications

Associate's degree or equivalent experience.
Experience performing sales calls and managing territory accounts.
Knowledge of CRM, Power BI and ERP/expense tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Perform sales calls on existing and potential customers in the assigned territory.
Set up customers and opportunities in CRM with follow-up dates.
Use AY tools (Power BI, website, literature, portal) during calls.
Develop an annual territory sales plan with a SWOT analysis.
Identify market opportunities and align with top distributors.
Attend trade association shows to promote AY product lines.
Submit expense reports via Concur weekly.
Assist with quotations and pricing feedback for customers.
Promote AY University and web-based marketing tools to customers.
