EHS Recruiting Company is seeking a Solid Sous Chef to support our Executive Chef and GM in a high-volume, upscale operation in Alabama. You will be the right-hand person, helping maintain consistency, training staff, and upholding our standard of food and service.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with food cost and labor control, ordering and inventory, and a professional leadership style. We offer up to $75K base plus a bonus and a strong benefits package.
