Qualifications

• Prior professional culinary experience with food safety/allergen modifications.
• Lead and/or Sous Chef experience.
• Senior Living experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares food following approved recipes and production standards.
• Supervises hourly food service associates, including scheduling and training.
• Stores food following safety procedures and maintains sanitation of equipment.
• Ensures proper food handling, presentation, and serving temperatures.
• Interacts with customers to resolve complaints in a friendly, service-oriented manner.
• Keeps up with peak production and service hours.
• Monitors inventory and deliveries and notes shortages.
