Morrison Living is hiring immediately for a full-time Senior Cook at Solheim Senior Community in Los Angeles, CA. Location: 2236 Merton Avenue, Los Angeles, CA 90041. Schedule: Wednesday - Sunday; hours may vary. Prior cooking and knife skills experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cooking activities for food service associates as assigned by Food Service Director.
• Prepare various entrees and menu items following established recipes.
• Operate and clean equipment after each use; perform scheduled routine cleaning.
• Store, label and date food items; maintain organized storage of dry goods and refrigerated/frozen products.
• Follow HACCP guidelines to ensure food quality and safety.
• Comply with federal, state, and local health and sanitation regulations and procedures.
• Assist in maintaining accurate daily production records and required documentation.
