Qualifications

• B.S. in Culinary Arts or A.O.S. in Culinary Arts with related training.
• 3–5 years of culinary experience at a supervisory level.
• Strong knowledge of food cost, menu planning, and quality.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook, and email.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, ordering, inventory, and food prep.
• Oversee kitchen operations and ensure sanitary standards.
• Support cost controls and manage expenditures for the account.
• Roll out culinary programs with marketing and culinary teams.
• Supervise staff to maintain cleanliness and operations.
• Train and develop back-of-house team to meet objectives.
