EVOC Hospitality Collection LLC in Naples, FL, is seeking a skilled Sous Chef to join its luxury group and contribute to a Michelin-star level dining experience. This role requires relocation to Naples and a passion for culinary excellence.

You will lead kitchen stations, manage inventories and staffing, train new cooks, supervise food safety, and collaborate with leaders to deliver outstanding dishes across Sails, Butcher Private, and upcoming concepts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years as Sous Chef in fine-dining.
• Attention to detail and commitment to excellence.
• Flexible hours including weekends and holidays.
• Culinary school certification is advantageous but not required.

Responsibilities

• Execute all kitchen stations and prepare sauces and proteins.
• Ensure quality of raw and cooked food daily.
• Determine production schedules and staffing to ensure timely service and labor cost control.
• Order and receive produce and kitchen items.
• Inventory daily/weekly/monthly; set par levels.
• Train new employees.
• Assist in hiring, interviewing, supervising cooks.
• Oversee opening/closing reports and SOP compliance.
• Monitor sanitation and food safety practices.
