Job summary

Dig Inn is hiring a Sous Chef to support Restaurant Leaders in driving culinary and hospitality excellence in a scratch-based kitchen. You will mentor Chef’s-in-Training, lead during peak service, and ensure tasks meet DIG’s standards while training others and managing shift operations.

You will oversee prep, inventory, and ordering processes, while maintaining food safety and high presentation quality. This hourly role offers growth within the DIG team.

Qualifications

• 1+ year leadership experience in a culinary environment.
• Ability to perform physical requirements (lifting up to 50 lbs).
• Food Safety Certification.
• Desire for growth in our brigade.

Responsibilities

• Elevate and motivate Chef’s-in-Training.
• Train teammates on each station and prep procedures to ensure consistency.
• Demonstrate mastery of every station by executing seasonal menu offerings.
