Job summary

DoubleTree Bloomfield Hills is seeking a Sous Chef to work with our Executive Chef and culinary team to ensure consistent high quality food and service. You will lead from the line, supervise staff, and coordinate work with the Exec Chef and Exec Sous Chef in day-to-day operations.

You will participate in training, scheduling, enforcing food specifications, portion control, recipes, sanitization, brand standards, and SOP compliance to maintain guest satisfaction and food quality.

Responsibilities
