RIM Recruitment Professionals in Boston is seeking a hands-on Sous Chef to run the line, lead a busy team, and deliver exceptional results in a high-volume restaurant.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sous chef or kitchen management, strong expo skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and a track record of controlling costs and coaching staff. Competitive base salary up to $80,000 plus bonus and full benefits.
