Ideal candidates have 3+ years in sous chef or kitchen management, strong expo skills, bilingual English/Spanish, and a track record of controlling costs and coaching staff. Competitive base salary up to $80,000 plus bonus and full benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Sous Chef or Kitchen Management experience.
• Proven HIGH-VOLUME, full-service restaurant background.
• STRONG EXPO SKILLS —A MUST!
• Ability to lead, train, and hold kitchen teams accountable.
• Solid food cost, inventory, purchasing, and labor management skills.
• BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH STRONGLY PREFERRED
