Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years kitchen supervisory or management experience.
• Minimum of 2 years polished casual or fine dining experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule availability.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Basic computer proficiency preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive high-quality employee standards by maintaining a fully staffed kitchen and developing team.
• Implement effective security protocols to ensure safety of employees and guests.
• Supervise setup and food production to maximize productivity and minimize waste.
• Ensure menu items are prepared to recipe and high-standard presentation.
• Enforce safety and sanitation practices in the kitchen.
