Fleming's Prime Steakhouse & Wine Bar seeks a Sous Chef to lead the kitchen, support a positive team environment, and ensure top-quality food presentation. You will guide line cooks, uphold recipes, and uphold safety and sanitation standards in a polished dining setting.

Requirements include 2+ years of kitchen supervisory or management experience, 2+ years in casual or fine dining, and a flexible schedule. You must be legally eligible to work in the United States and be at least 21.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a kitchen supervisory/management role.
• Minimum 2 years in polished casual or fine dining environments.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
