Job summary

Papa Razzi Trattoria of Wellesley, Inc. in Wellesley, MA is seeking a Sous Chef to join a passionate culinary team. You will work with the Executive Chef to oversee and lead daily kitchen operations in a full-service setting.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef in a full-service establishment.

Responsibilities

• Daily management of kitchen operations and coordination of all kitchen activities.
• Daily monitoring of prep production and quality checks of mise en place prior to service.
• Ensures a quality guest experience through oversight of employees preparing and cooking food.
• Ongoing development and of BOH employees and kitchen supervisory positions.
• Assist with inventory and purchasing/storage.
• Production of daily specials.
