Job summary

Papa Razzi Wellesley is seeking an Executive Sous Chef to join our tight-knit culinary team in Wellesley, MA. You will work with the Executive Chef to oversee daily kitchen operations, guide team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume setting.

We value strong leadership, knife skills, and passion for Italian scratch cooking. Must be flexible to work days, nights, weekends and some holidays as needed. Compensation range is $75,000–$90,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience as Executive Sous Chef or Chef de Cuisine.
• Culinary Arts degree preferred.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends and some holidays.

Responsibilities

• Daily kitchen operations management and coordination of all kitchen activities including private dining.
• Oversee prep, production, and mise en place quality checks prior to service.
• Ensure a quality guest experience through supervision of cooking and plating.
• Assist with inventory, purchasing and storage.
