You'll oversee training, schedules, and kitchen productivity, participate in meetings, maintain records, and support payroll processes.

Qualifications

• Organized with strong attention to detail and ability to delegate.
• Capable of coaching and mentoring culinary team members.
• Demonstrated experience guiding a kitchen to high performance.

Responsibilities

• Trains associates in kitchen duties, presentation, and display.
• Writes schedules, evaluates, and directs personnel.
• Maintains open communication between management and staff.
• Provides disciplinary action when needed.
• Ensures high quality, properly prepared food served efficiently.
• Oversees kitchen operations in Executive Chef's absence.
• Keeps rosters, recipes, and records up to date.
• Participates in meetings and kitchen inventory.
• Manages payroll hours with Accounting.
