Qualifications

• Must have open availability to work flexible shifts.
• Prior kitchen/culinary experience preferred.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.

Responsibilities

• Train kitchen associates in duties including plate presentation and display.
• Write schedules and supervise personnel.
• Maintain communication between management and staff.
• Provide guidance and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Ensure high-quality, properly prepared food served promptly.
• Assist in setting goals, standards, and objectives for kitchen operations.
• Supervise kitchen staff in Executive Chef's absence.
