Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Sous Chef to lead our kitchen operations within a high-volume entertainment venue. You will supervise food preparation, manage budgets, and coordinate with operations and sales teams to execute events and banquets.

The role requires ServSafe certification and 1–3 years of supervisory kitchen experience, with a focus on quality, cost controls, and team leadership. Competitive benefits and weekly pay are provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venue.
• Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable.
• Current ServSafe certification is required.

Responsabilités

• Adhere to the company’s F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Maintain budgets for revenue, costs of sales, labor, and supplies; review P&L statements.
• Plan, supervise, and execute all banquet functions with operations and sales staff.
• Estimate food consumption and schedule staff to match business volume.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards.
• Assist in managing kitchen equipment maintenance and DOH regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and report critical issues to GM.
