Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume settings.
• Current ServSafe certification required.
• Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Monitor budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, and supplies; review monthly P&L statements.
• Plan, supervise, and execute all banquet functions with operations and sales staff.
• Estimate food consumption and schedule staff to match business volume.
• Address disciplinary issues with KM/Chef or GM; foster teamwork.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, presentation, and proper storage of food.
