Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
• Current ServSafe certification is required.
• Relevant education or experience may also be acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Manage budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, and supplies; review P&L statements.
• Plan, supervise, and execute banquet functions with Operations and Sales teams; supervise prep and service.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards.
