Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is hiring a Sous Chef to lead our Food & Beverage program across our entertainment venues. You will guard the menu standards, manage kitchen operations, and ensure high-quality food service for events and daily service.

Responsibilities include supervising banquet prep and service, budgeting, staff scheduling, and coordinating with Operations and Sales. The role requires ServSafe certification and a background in high-volume entertainment environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume retail, entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
• Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events desirable.
• Current ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the company’s mandated F&B menu and purchasing programs and maintain budgets for revenue, costs, labor, and supplies.
• Review monthly P&L statements and adjust operations to align with targets.
• Plan and supervise banquet functions with operations and sales teams, including food service and cleanup.
• Estimate consumption and schedule staff to match business volume.
• Address disciplinary issues with KM/Chef to foster a teamwork environment.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards and supervise prep, portions, garnishing, and storage.
• Assist with kitchen equipment maintenance and sanitation audits to comply with DOH regulations.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report critical issues ASAP to the General Manager.
• Support DOH compliance and sanitation practices daily.
