Job summary

Lucky Strike Entertainment is seeking a Sous Chef to lead our busy kitchen within a vibrant entertainment venue. You will supervise culinary teams, ensure menu execution, maintain high standards for quality and presentation, and work closely with the KM/Chef and General Manager on daily operations.

The role requires 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume settings and a current ServSafe certification. Competitive benefits and a dynamic, team-focused environment await.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of kitchen supervisory experience in high-volume entertainment, hospitality, or restaurant venues.
• Experience preparing catered events and presenting foods for special events is desirable.
• Relevant experience or equivalent education/experience acceptable.
• Current ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to the F&B menu and purchasing programs.
• Maintain budgeted revenue, costs of sales, labor, and supplies; review P&L statements and adjust as needed.
• Plan, supervise, and execute all banquet functions with Operations and Sales teams.
• Estimate food consumption and schedule staff to match volume.
• Ensure product quality, freshness, and presentation meet company standards; supervise prep, portioning, garnishing, and storage.
