Job summary

Great Wolf Lodge in Grapevine, TX is seeking a Resort Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations in the absence of the Executive Chef. You will oversee food preparation, inventory, scheduling, and training to maintain high quality hospitality across all Lodge venues.

Qualifications

• High School degree or equivalent required.
• 3+ years experience in restaurant kitchens.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Direct the preparation and presentation of foods in all Lodge venues.
• Assist with hiring, training, scheduling and supervising kitchen staff.
• Ensure compliance with health/sanitation regulations and cost controls.
• Develop menus and manage inventory and back-of-house operations.
