Great Wolf Lodge is looking for a Restaurant Line Cook to join our kitchen in Grapevine, TX. The role supports the executive chef with recipe-driven prep, timely order execution, and quality dish presentation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience.
• Minimum two years of cook experience in a similar environment.
• Knowledge of sanitation and food safety requirements.
• Ability to use Point of Sale and Kitchen Display systems.
• Flexible scheduling including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items per recipes and standards, tasting and adjusting as needed.
• Maintain sanitation, logs, and daily cleanliness of work areas.
• Assist with prep, station setup, and coordination with chefs.
• Monitor inventory and ensure stock levels for stations.
• Support sous and executive chefs and close out shifts with clear handoff.
