Job summary

Flower Child is seeking a Sous Chef to lead kitchen operations in a high-volume, guest-focused concept in Southlake, TX. You will oversee daily prep, supervise line cooks, manage inventory, and ensure quality and safety standards while delivering memorable dining experiences.

Candidates should have 2+ years of management in busy restaurants, strong financial acumen, and proficiency with POS systems such as OpenTable. Competitive pay, benefits, and dining discounts accompany this full-time role.
