Flower Child in Goodyear, opening Fall 2026, is hiring immediately for a Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Candidates should bring 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management, a solid grasp of operations and financials, and a proven ability to coach a diverse team while maintaining top-quality service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-volume restaurant management experience.
• Strong understanding of business operations and financials.
• Experience managing shifts, scheduling and planning.
• Proven ability to create memorable dining experiences.
• Knowledge of food quality, cleanliness, and safety.
• Familiarity with POS systems and OpenTable.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations across front- and back-of-house shifts.
• Monitor guest satisfaction and respond to feedback.
• Coach and develop restaurant team members.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling and cost controls.
• Ensure cleanliness, safety and product quality.

What you’ll do:

• Must have 2+ years high-volume restaurant management experience
• Demonstrate an understanding of business operations and financials
• Manage shifts which include daily decision making, scheduling, and planning
• Create memorable dining experiences by exceeding guest expectations
• Understand flavors, aromas, and characteristics of food ingredients
• Ensure product quality and restaurant cleanliness
• Perform calmly and effectively in a high-volume environment
• Manage on-the-fly requests with ease and poise
• Understand POS systems and OpenTable (or other digital/online reservation systems)
• Coach, lead and develop restaurant team
