• Provide on‑the‑spot solutions to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

• Post‑secondary diploma or degree preferred.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations.
• Strong leader with proven track record in guest and team member engagement and financial performance.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Flexible and willing to meet demands of a 24‑hour operation.

Compensation

Pay Range: $70,000 to $75,000 per year.
