1 Hotel Central Park is seeking a detail-obsessed Sous Chef with the leadership to motivate an amazing team while managing the daily operations of a high-volume, fast-paced scratch kitchen. You’ll assist in all manner of food prep, supervise line staff, and handle inventory and on-the-spot solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of similar work experience in a kitchen.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of culinary operations, leadership, and guest/team engagement.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Flexible and able to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
