Job summary

Korn Ferry is seeking a Recruiter for a hybrid role based in Charlotte, NC. You will manage full-cycle recruitment, sourcing strategies, and candidate pipelines for RPO/projects targeting manufacturing, semiconductor, and sales engineering roles.

The role requires building strong relationships with Hiring Managers, leveraging diverse sourcing channels, and coaching team members to optimize outcomes in a dynamic recruiting environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of full cycle recruitment experience for industrial manufacturing, semiconductor or commercial sales engineering roles.
• 3+ years developing and executing sourcing methodologies including market mapping and Boolean searches.
• 3+ years of Applicant Tracking System experience and client-facing interaction with Hiring Managers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strong candidate pipelines for Korn Ferry RPO/Project clients.
• Source via direct and indirect channels and optimize sourcing strategies.
• Collaborate with Business Partners to align recruitment with workforce plans.
